Preserving MHS history for years to come.
Service to the school like no other.
Over the decades the Heritage Society has been active at Melborurne High School, we have been supporting the archives staff in cataloguing and maintaining the school’s extensive curation of historical artefacts. We have also in aided and delivered requests for historic sources from old boys and communities alike, while also working on research projects into MHS’s history.
Noteable projects the Heritage Society has partaken in include the extensive distinguished Old Boys’ gallery visible around the school’s hallways, the distinguished teachers honour board, collating and presenting historical timelines of the school’s development, and the maintainence of a public digital archive of noteable historic publications.
